Clinical referral protocol
We offer a comprehensive veterinary service 24h certified in quality by the Official College of Veterinarians of Madrid in services of: Hospitalisation, Consultation, Emergencies and Veterinary Surgery, so that our clients are YOU , the veterinary clinics, offering you quality service of direct or indirect referral, seasonal (your holidays, congresses…) or permanent, and your cases will be well managed by our new veterinary team.
All your cases will be sent for revisions in your clinic with a complete report by mail and diagnostic tests in 24-48h, since all clients who come to the centre during emergency hours are asked which is their usual veterinary clinic, and a report and diagnostic tests are sent so that they are punctually informed of all their cases that pass through our centre.
You can send us your emergency cases, veterinary specialities that are not covered, more specific diagnostic tests, or for times of the year that coincide with your holiday or training periods, for those cases operated on or already diagnosed in your centre that require intensive care or long-term hospitalisation (Parvovirus, cardiopathies, epilepsies, etc.), specific diagnostic tests (echocardiography, endoscopy, etc.), or surgery that you do not perform (neurosurgery, exotics or minimally invasive, etc.), or surgery that you do not perform (neurosurgery, exotics or minimally invasive, etc.). ), specific diagnostic tests (Echocardiography, Endoscopy), or surgery that you do not perform (Neurosurgery, exotic or minimally invasive), etc.
